I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to Kings Cross metro station and other attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile. The room, while lacking air conditioning, was clean and cozy. However, the dining options were limited. Overall, a great value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic and the rooms were spacious and came with a kitchenette and balcony, they were quite unclean with mold on the roof, giving an overall rundown feel. The service was polite and welcoming, but the staff seemed to be off-site most of the time, resulting in some confusion. The dining options were limited to udon, which was a downside. However, the beautiful trees and views from the room were a pleasant surprise.
